Sibutramine works by blocking the reuptake of serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine in the brain. This keeps these chemicals active for longer, which helps reduce hunger and increases the feeling of being full after eating. It does not directly burn fat but makes it easier to eat less and stick to a calorie deficit.
Most users notice a significant drop in appetite within the first few days of use. You are likely to feel satisfied with smaller meals and have fewer cravings throughout the day. Over several weeks, this typically leads to steady and consistent weight loss when combined with a controlled diet.
Sibutramine is typically used for 8 to 12 weeks at a time. Starting at 10 mg per day and increasing to 15 mg if well tolerated is a common approach. No PCT is required, but blood pressure should be monitored regularly throughout the cycle.
Keep at room temperature (15–25°C), away from light and moisture. Leave in the original packaging.
