Cabergoline is a dopamine agonist originally developed to treat conditions caused by high prolactin levels, such as certain pituitary tumours and hormone imbalances. It works directly on the brain to lower prolactin production. In performance circles it's widely used to keep prolactin-related side effects in check during certain steroid cycles.

Cabergoline binds to dopamine D2 receptors in the pituitary gland. This signals the gland to produce less prolactin. Lower prolactin levels help prevent side effects like gynecomastia and sexual dysfunction that can occur with certain progestin-based steroids.
Prolactin levels typically drop noticeably within the first week of use. Many users report improved libido and sexual function once prolactin is brought under control. At low doses it is generally well tolerated with minimal disruption to daily life.
Cabergoline is typically run throughout the duration of a cycle that includes prolactin-raising compounds, at 0.25–0.5 mg twice per week. It is not a hormonal compound itself, so it does not require PCT. Starting at the lower end of the dose range is recommended to assess individual tolerance.
Keep at room temperature (15–25°C), away from light and moisture. Leave in the original packaging.
