Tadalafil is a PDE5 inhibitor. It works by relaxing the smooth muscle in blood vessel walls, which increases blood flow to specific areas of the body. When sexual stimulation occurs, this improved blood flow makes it easier to achieve and maintain an erection.
Tadalafil typically starts working within 30 minutes of taking it. Because of its long half-life, its effects can last up to 36 hours, earning it the nickname "the weekend pill." You still need sexual stimulation for it to work — it doesn't cause an automatic response.
For on-demand use, take one 20mg tablet at least 30 minutes before sexual activity. Do not take more than one dose in a 24-hour period. Tadalafil is not a hormonal compound, so no PCT is required.
Keep at room temperature (15–25°C), away from light and moisture. Leave in the original packaging.
