Modafinil is a wakefulness-promoting drug originally developed to treat narcolepsy and other sleep disorders. It helps people stay alert and focused for extended periods without the harsh stimulant effects of amphetamines. These days it's widely used by shift workers, students, and anyone needing a reliable mental edge.

Modafinil works mainly by increasing dopamine levels in the brain by blocking dopamine reuptake. This keeps you alert and focused without overstimulating the nervous system. It also influences norepinephrine, histamine, and orexin pathways, all of which play a role in keeping you awake and switched on.
Most people notice improved alertness and concentration within an hour of taking it. You'll feel awake and mentally sharp without the jitteriness or crash that comes with strong stimulants. Effects typically last 10–12 hours, so it's best taken in the morning.
Modafinil is not a hormonal compound, so no PCT is needed. Most people use it on an as-needed basis rather than every single day, which also helps avoid building a tolerance. A standard dose is 200mg taken in the morning, though some find 100mg is plenty to get the job done.
Keep at room temperature (15–25°C), away from light and moisture. Leave in the original packaging.
