What is PRO-MTM?
PRO-MTM is an injectable blend of two ultra-potent androgenic compounds: Methyl Trienolone (Methyltrienolone) and Mibolerone. These are among the most androgenically active substances ever produced, which is why they are used at very low microgram and milligram doses rather than the standard concentrations found in conventional injectable steroids. They are used by advanced athletes specifically for their immediate pre-competition or pre-training effect.

How Does It Work?
Methyl Trienolone is a 17-alpha-alkylated derivative of Trenbolone, modified to be injectable but also metabolically active almost immediately. It binds with extreme affinity to androgen receptors, triggering rapid increases in aggression, drive, and neuromuscular activation. Mibolerone (also known as Cheque Drops) is similarly extremely androgenic and has historically been used for a short-term surge in aggression and force output before competition.

What to Expect
Both compounds act rapidly. Effects typically include a marked increase in aggression, focus, and physical intensity within 30–60 minutes of administration. This is not a compound for muscle building over a cycle — it is used acutely for its immediate androgenic effects. Due to the extreme potency, duration of use must be kept very short.
Possible Side Effects
- Severe liver toxicity with any extended use — use must be strictly time-limited
- Extreme androgenic effects: acne, hair loss, increased aggression beyond a functional level
- Testosterone suppression and endocrine disruption even at short durations
Cycle & Dosage Notes
This product is for acute, short-term use only — typically 0.5–1ml once per day for a maximum of a few days before competition or a critical training session. Extended cycles are not appropriate due to the hepatotoxic potential of both compounds. Full PCT is required after any use. Not suitable for beginners or intermediate users.
