RAD-140, also known as Testolone, is a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) developed by Radius Health. It was originally researched as a safer alternative to testosterone therapy for muscle wasting and breast cancer. It's one of the most potent SARMs available and has become popular in performance and body composition circles.
| Active Ingredient | Testolone (RAD-140) |
| Half-life | 16–20 hours |
| Form | Oral capsule |
| Dose (Men) | 10–20 mg per day |
| Dose (Women) | 5–10 mg per day |
| Detection Time | Approx. 12 months |
| Anabolic Rating | ~90 (vs testosterone) |
| Androgenic Rating | Very low (tissue selective) |
RAD-140 binds selectively to androgen receptors in muscle and bone tissue. Because it targets specific tissues rather than acting everywhere in the body like testosterone, it drives anabolic effects with far less androgenic activity. This selectivity is what makes it stand out from traditional steroids.
Most users notice noticeable strength gains within the first two weeks. Lean muscle mass tends to build steadily throughout the cycle without significant water retention. It also has a reputation for improving endurance and training aggression.
A typical RAD-140 cycle runs 8–10 weeks at 10–20 mg per day. Because it can suppress natural testosterone production, a standard PCT protocol is recommended after the cycle. It stacks well with other SARMs such as LGD-4033 for bulking or Cardarine for a cutting phase.
Keep at room temperature (15–25°C), away from light and moisture. Leave in the original packaging.
