Tamoxifen is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) originally developed to treat breast cancer. It works against estrogen in certain tissues, making it useful well beyond its original medical purpose. How Does It Work?

Tamoxifen binds to estrogen receptors in certain tissues and blocks estrogen from attaching to them. In breast tissue, this stops estrogen from triggering unwanted effects like gynecomastia. At the same time, it signals the pituitary gland to release more LH and FSH, which helps kick natural testosterone production back into gear.

What It's Used For

• Post-cycle therapy (PCT) to restore natural testosterone levels
• Preventing or reducing gynecomastia during or after a steroid cycle
• Medical treatment of hormone-receptor-positive breast cancer

What to Expect

During PCT, most users notice a gradual return of natural testosterone levels over 4–6 weeks. Mood, libido, and energy typically begin to recover as hormone levels stabilise. Tamoxifen won't add muscle on its own — its job is to protect what you've built and restore your body's natural balance.

Cycle & Dosage Notes
