How Does It Work?
Mesterolone binds to androgen receptors and acts as an anti-estrogen by blocking aromatase — the enzyme that converts testosterone into estrogen. This keeps estrogen levels lower during a cycle. It also binds to sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG), which frees up more testosterone in the bloodstream to do its job.
