# Posted by ironbull_uk on 09/03/2024 16:00Sust has always been my favourite base. The blend of esters means you do not get the peaks and troughs of a single ester. Running 500mg per week currently. Strength up noticeably by week 4. Quality is consistent with previous orders.

# Posted by boston_bb on 06/05/2024 13:53Switched from Test E to Sust last cycle. The blend gives you more frequent active peaks from the prop and phenylprop esters which is good for muscle protein synthesis timing. Gains were comparable to my Test E cycles. Product quality is solid.

# Posted by munich_mass on 09/07/2024 05:40Sustanon is interesting because of the mixed esters. I was always a Test E person but decided to try it this cycle. The early weeks feel different, you notice the propionate fraction kicking in quickly. By week 3-4 the longer esters have built up and you get a steady state. The experience is good.
